Monthly map wipes without blueprint resets
The Rust One map resets on the first Thursday at 19:00 London time each month, while learned blueprints carry into the next cycle.
The [KZ] Rust One map resets on the first Thursday of every month at 19:00 London time. The map and seed change, while blueprints learned by each player are retained.
What starts over
After the wipe, the server creates a new 4500 Procedural Map with a new seed. Buildings, deployed items, container contents, and progress tied to the previous map do not move into the new cycle. Players therefore choose a base location again and learn new routes between resources, neighbours, and monuments.
Learned blueprints do not reset. If a player learned a recipe before the scheduled wipe, they do not need to spend scrap to learn that recipe again in the next map cycle. “No BP wipe” applies specifically to blueprint knowledge; it does not mean that a base or inventory survives a map reset.
London and Almaty times
The schedule is defined as 19:00 in the London time zone. While the United Kingdom observes summer time, that is 23:00 in Almaty. During London’s winter GMT period, it is 00:00 on the following day in Almaty. Kazakhstan does not change its clock; the displayed difference changes because London moves between GMT and BST.
The exact next date and both localized times appear on the wipe schedule. That page calculates the next first Thursday, so it is safer to check it than to count dates or convert zones manually.
Preparing for the next cycle
Before the reset, finish anything that matters on the current map and note which recipes you have learned. Once the new map begins, resources, a building location, and a base must be acquired again. Retained blueprints still let you plan a familiar crafting path from the beginning.
The server page lists the permanent public settings, including the map size and player capacity. The server rules continue to apply before and after every scheduled reset.
